Every Vivivantage engagement is always Sr. partner-led, giving you an advantage search partner from the onset. You work directly with a senior operator who has lived the role — NOT a junior associate or middle layer contributor whose value is market research without domain knowledge, expertise, or hands-on experience.  Your Advantage Search Partner ensures your search benefits from executive-level judgment, strategic context, and hands-on execution.

Do you only handle executive searches?

No. While we do executive searches, our expertise extends to high-impact individual contributor and functional leadership roles — the key hires that drive revenue, innovation, and operational stability. How does your search process work?

Our process is built for speed, alignment, and precision:

How long does a typical search take?

Searches typically complete within 8–12 weeks from engagement depending on complexity and market conditions.  Since every search is Senior Partner-led and intentionally limited in volume, we maintain the focus and agility to deliver on time.

 

How do your pricing models work?

We offer three engagement structures designed for alignment and flexibility:

  • Retained Search: Typically one-third of first-year total compensation, capped at $125K. Best for confidential, strategic, or executive hires requiring depth and precision.

  • Hybrid Search: A custom model blending the rigor of retained search with contingency agility — ideal for high-impact roles that need speed and adaptability.

  • Contingency Search: Success-based at approximately 20% of first-year salary. Ideal for tactical or volume roles that still demand senior-level oversight.
     

Every engagement is led by a partner and structured to align incentives — ensuring results without compromise.
