
Our Story
Vivivantage began with a shared inflection point as each of our founding partners reached a stage in their careers where the traditional path no longer aligned with the purpose each was looking to wield. Each of us had led teams, advised boards, and carried the weight of outcomes. But what we saw time and again was how easily companies could lose their way—not because of bad products or market conditions, but because of the wrong leadership in the most critical roles. We decided to step away from the corporate track to pursue something more meaningful: helping others avoid those same missteps by getting leadership and hiring right from the start.

Out of that decision, Vivivantage was born—anchored in three guiding principles: Vision (knowing where you’re going and why it matters), View (interpreting challenges and opportunities with clarity), and Vantage Point (elevating perspective to see what others can’t). These ideas reflect how we approach search and how we help clients transform their organizations—by shifting how they think about leadership.
